EPSE1010 Chemical
You can conveniently place orders for the EPSE™ chemical, which is subject to a license agreement, by sending an email to tilaukset@epse.fi or by calling your contact person. We will send the chemical’s safety data sheet along with the delivery and will answer any further questions you may have. During the license agreement process, we will provide confidential instructions regarding the use and storage of the chemical. Please store the chemical, whenever possible, in a dry and warm area, in the same containers in which it is delivered, and ensure that the lids of the containers are tightly sealed.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What should I do if I encounter a problem with my EPSE process?
Please contact your account manager immediately; they will direct you to the appropriate specialist. If you do not know who your contact person is, you can use the email address technical@epse.fi. We offer immediate technical support for situations where there are disruptions in the EPSE process or where concentrations exceed limits in the results.
How do I send you samples?
We provide comprehensive sample submission instructions in a separate file. You may also, by prior agreement, bring samples to our facility at Elopellontie 1 G, 33470 Ylöjärvi. Our laboratory manager will provide additional instructions if necessary.
How quickly are the analyses/tests completed?
Upon receiving the samples, we aim to set a target timeline for the completion of the analyses and testing and will communicate this on a case-by-case basis. Laboratory tests typically take one to four weeks to complete, depending on the number of tests and the number of analytes requested.
Who should I contact in different situations?
Our staff’s email addresses can be found on our Contact Information page, and you can contact your designated contact person directly. We also have several distribution lists through which messages are routed to the appropriate people:

What information do you generally need about our operation?
We need the basic details about the process, such as volume, previous analysis results, a PI chart, processing objectives, and the chemicals currently in use along with their dosages. We always discuss the specifics on a case-by-case basis.
