EPSE has gained a new employee, Severi Lintula, who is responsible for technical planning during the scale-up phase and for combining various water treatment solutions with EPSE technology. He transferred to EPSE from Econet Oy, and Lintula has designed EPSE scale-up solutions for his previous employer, so he does not have to start from scratch. Lintula has over seven years of experience in industrial wastewater treatment, hazardous waste management, and industrial environmental compliance, as well as over four years of experience in municipal water and wastewater treatment and industrial water treatment. Lintula is a chemical engineer by training.
According to Lintula, what is particularly interesting about his new job is EPSE’s transformation as a company, its rapid growth, and the industry’s rise to the global forefront. He believes that the keys to success are continuous progress, persistent problem solving, and bridge building. In his work, Lintula will collaborate closely not only with EPSE’s Finnish team, but also with EPSE Technology Inc’s international representatives, such as Steve Evans and Blane Wilson. He will also work closely with the staff of Prosep Chemicals, EPSE’s partner in South Africa. EPSE’s people-oriented values suit Lintula, as he names his family as his number one value, which is reflected in his work arrangements: Lintula works mainly remotely from his home in Espoo. His motto is “everything can be solved.” This attitude is needed, as the successful completion of the projects that have just begun is the common goal of the entire team, and there are certainly many challenges ahead, but also the joy of success.
