EPSE’s Joint Venture model enables shared value creation with scalable and commercially attractive business in local markets. In the JV partnership, EPSE contributes the patented EPSE™ Method, including EPSE chemicals, technology support, and continuous R&D. Through a license agreement, the local partner gains access to the novel and patented technology with strong industrial demand and significant commercial potential.
The regional partner, either as an existing company or a new JV entity, is responsible for managing local business operations, including identifying end-users, leading sales and marketing activities and managing regulatory compliance. In addition, the partner supports pilot projects, industrial implementation, and provides ongoing technical support to end-users by managing local resources and a service network. Close collaboration with EPSE is essential to ensure successful deployment and continuous development of the partnership.
