Joint Venture model in a nutshell

The Joint Venture (JV) approach combines our patented technology with a strong local partner to enable efficient market entry as well as scalable and long-term business. In this model:

  • EPSE provides the EPSE™ Method, EPSE 1010 chemical, technical expertise, and ongoing support
  • The local partner leads market access, customer relationships, and on-the-ground execution

The joint venture will be granted exclusive rights for EPSE’s technology in the region. With the partner’s help, we aim to acquire a local customer base and grow our market share in the agreed region. A potential partner could be based in, for example:
